What are the objects made of?
From bio-based PLA, a plastic made from renewable raw materials. The exact material is stated on every product page.
Are the vases watertight?
Please use the supplied glass insert for cut flowers. Objects explicitly described as manufactured watertight were tested before shipping.
Can I order without an account?
Yes. The entire checkout runs as a guest order — registration is never required. We only need an email address for the order confirmation. You can check the status later under “Track your order” using your order number and email address.
What does “made to order” mean?
The object is only made after you order it. That means no stock and no overproduction — in exchange, delivery takes a few days longer.
Are the visible layers a defect?
No. The layer structure is part of the design and creates the play of light on the surface. It is more visible on faceted forms than on curved ones.
Can I have my own object made?
Yes. Under “Custom design” you can describe your idea and upload any files you have. We will get back to you with an assessment of feasibility and cost.
