Right of withdrawal

1. (1)You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
2. (2)The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last of the goods.
3. (3)To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us — Donauprint GbR, Burgwaldring 1, 86697 Oberhausen / Kreut, Germany, email: info@donauprint.de, phone: +49 176 24270013 — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.
4. (4)To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

1. (1)If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
2. (2)We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
3. (3)We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
4. (4)You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
5. (5)You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
6. (6)You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

1. (1)The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs (§ 312g (2) no. 1 German Civil Code).
2. (2)This concerns only custom commissions designed or adapted specifically for you on the basis of a file, drawing or specification you supply. We point out this exclusion separately before the contract is concluded.
3. (3)For items from our regular range the right of withdrawal applies without restriction. This is also the case where an item is marked “made to order” and is produced only after you order it, and where you select one of the colours or variants we offer.
