Payment methods

PayPal

You are redirected to PayPal and confirm the payment there, then return to the shop. PayPal only tells us that the payment succeeded — we receive no payment data.

Payment in advance by bank transfer

1. (1)Once you have placed your order you receive our bank details — on the confirmation page and additionally by email.
2. (2)Please use your order number as the payment reference. Without it we cannot match the incoming payment to your order, which delays processing.
3. (3)We begin production once the amount has arrived in our account. With a bank transfer this usually takes one to two working days.
4. (4)If no payment arrives within 14 days we will cancel the order. You will be notified and can order again at any time.

Security

We never store card details or bank credentials. With PayPal the payment takes place entirely on their side; with advance payment you initiate the transfer yourself at your own bank.
